Terms and conditions:

This program is valid for all individual Maybank Customers aged 17–55 years old, with a maximum age of 60 years when program ends. Customers may participate through two (2) scheme options, as detailed below:

  1. This scheme applies to the following Maybank Savings products:
    1. Maybank U or U iB Savings Account
    2. Maybank Reguler or Reguler iB Savings Account (except iB Savings Account with Wadiah contract)
    3. Maybank MAKSI or MAKSI iB Savings Account
    4. Maybank Woman One or Woman One iB Savings Account
    5. Maybank MyArafah Savings Account
    6. Maybank Payroll One iB Savings Account
    7. Maybank SuperKidz or SuperKidz iB Savings Account (maximum tenor 12 months)
  2. Make a top-up using fresh funds into your Maybank Savings Account and will be blocked for a specific period . Definition of fresh funds:
    1. New funds in the form of cash deposits that are not transferred from another Maybank account.
    2. New funds received via incoming transfers from other Banks.
  3. If the funds are withdrawn before the blocking period ends at the Customer’s request for any reason, including in the event of the Customer’s death, a penalty fee/cancellation administration fee / program administration fee will be charged in accordance with applicable terms.
2. Regular Savings Scheme via M2U ID App
  Save regularly by opening a Maybank MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account, with the funding source coming from a Maybank Savings Account.

Provide an initial deposit and 1 (one) monthly deposit or place funds in the source account in accordance with the following scheme:

The source account used for this program must not be a joint account (OR/AND/QQ).
Prize options in this program are subject to the applicable terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia is unable to accommodate special requests from Customers for specific denominations, and prizes will be provided based on availability.
Customers may participate in this program more than one (1) time during the program period.
Terms & conditions for the aqiqah qurban e-voucher:
1. The e-voucher will be sent to the Customer’s email address registered in the Maybank system, no later than 60 working days from the date of program participation.
2. The e-voucher can be used to purchase sacrificial animals from Maybank’s official partner, Salam Setara (Akikah Warga).
3. To redeem the e-voucher, Customers may directly contact the contact person (PIC) listed on the e-voucher sent to their registered email address.
4. The e-voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other types of gifts.
5. The e-voucher is valid until 31 December 2026.
The prize value is stated in net amount, after deduction of 20% tax.
Customers will be subject to a penalty/administrative fee from Maybank Tabungan MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account (1% of the last recorded balance or a minimum of IDR100,000) and a program cancellation administrative fee as stated in the Maybank Tabungan MyPlan Plus/MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account Opening Notification email if:
1. The Customer closes the account before the predetermined maturity date.
2. There are three (3) failed debits from the source account for monthly installments, resulting in automatic account closure by the system. Customers are required to ensure sufficient funds are available in the source account each month on the same date as the account opening date, according to the agreed monthly deposit amount, to avoid failed debits.
3. The account is closed before maturity at the request of the heir and/or due to three (3) failed debits resulting from the Customer’s death and/or for other purposes.
Customers will continue to receive the applicable interest rate/profit-sharing rate for Maybank Savings Account/Savings Account iB in accordance with the prevailing terms and conditions.
Matters not stated above shall refer to the general terms and conditions of the Maybank Gift Program via the M2U ID App.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program earlier; and to modify, remove, or add any of the terms and conditions at its sole discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations. Updates will be announced at www.maybank.co.id.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in any other intentional manipulation related to the implementation of this program.
