It is our commitment to prioritize your convenience banking transactions. We will be conducting system maintenance as part of our banking service enhancement. During this process, the system will be temporarily inaccessible during specific hours:

Friday, 17 April 2026 at 08:00 PM until Saturday, 18 April 2026 at 11:00 AM (Western Indonesia Time)

The following services will be unavailable during this period:

  • All financial and non-financial transaction via M2U ID App (“mobile banking”), M2U ID Web (“internet banking”), Maybank ATM, as well as M2E and CoOLPay (“Corporate Online Payment”) for Corporate Customers.
  • All offline/online transaction using Maybank ATM/Debit Cards.
  • All payments or fund transfer via Maybank Virtual Account.

Customers can still use Maybank Credit Card services for financial transactions.
