Due to the migration of First Media residential customers to XL SATU, bill payments for XL SATU (formerly First Media) can no longer be made via the First Media menu on the M2U ID App (mobile banking), M2U ID Web (internet banking), and Maybank ATMs.
Customers may use other payment channels provided by the relevant service provider to pay their XL SATU bills.
