Information on AKSes Facility for Mutual Fund Customer Reporting

Referring to Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) Form Letter Number 1 / SEOJK.04 / 2020 dated February 17, 2020 regarding Procedures for Confirmation Letter & Monthly Statement via Electronics Media through the Integrated Investment Management System (S-INVEST) and Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Regulation No: 1 / POJK. 07/2013 Regarding Consumer Protection in the Financial Services Sector, We, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk as Mutual Funds Selling Agent, hereby inform you that the Custodian Bank will be no longer providing Mutual Fund Confirmation Letter and Monthly Statement to investors, both printed and electronic. Mutual Fund Confirmation Letter and Monthly Statement report will be provided in the AKSes Facility by the Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) (hereinafter referred to as AKSes).

1. Provide confirmation as an approval of the Mutual Fund unit holder on the delivery of Confirmation Letter & Monthly Statement electronically through AKSes Facility by sending SMS to 69811 type "SETUJUAKSES" to the SMS sent by us or by visiting the nearest Maybank Branch Office to update and confirm the e-mail.
2. Registering & Ensuring the E-Mail validity of the Mutual Fund unit holder registered in us through the nearest Maybank Branch Office, E-mail will be used for registration & delivering Confirmation Letter & Monthly Statement via electronic media through AKSes Facility.
3. Read and understand all the terms regarding Mutual Fund report delivery procedural changes.

We also inform that every request for Confirmation Letter & Monthly Statement outside the AKSes facility, Fee will be charged in accordance with applicable regulations by the Bank and the request must be made through the nearest Maybank Branch Office.
