In filing complaint reports to the Bank, the Customer is required to fill out a Complaint Form. The time for settlement of these complaints will refer to the following corporate website: Click here.
The applied law, jurisdiction and procedures for settling disputes between the Bank and the Customer regarding the Gold Savings transaction through M2U ID App (mobile banking) as stated in these Terms and Conditions will follow the provisions that apply to the Terms and Conditions for Deposit Accounts issued by the Bank.
