Terms & Conditions Routine Savings

Applicable to all individual Maybank Customers aged 17–55 years, with a maximum age of 60 at the end of the savings term.
How to participate in the program:

Join the Maybank Gift program and open a Maybank MyPlan Plus iB Savings Account through the purchase menu in M2U ID App during the program period.

Provide an initial deposit and one (1) monthly deposit in the source account as required in the scheme above.

Customers must have a source account under Maybank iB Savings Account, except for Maybank iB Savings Accounts with joint ownership types (OR/AND/QQ).
The reward options in this program are subject to the terms and conditions set by Maybank. Maybank Indonesia cannot accommodate special requests from Customers for specific reward types and will adjust based on availability.
Customers may participate in this program more than once during the program period.
Maybank reserves the right to replace the reward with one of equivalent value if the stated reward is no longer available.
Customer will be charged a penalty fee/administration fee for canceling the program according to the scheme chosen by the Customer and an administration fee for closing the account before maturity (1% of the last balance or a minimum of IDR100,000), if:

The Customer closes the account before the specified maturity date.
There is a debit failure in the source account for 3 (three) times the monthly deposit, so the account will be closed automatically by the system. The Customer must provide funds in the source account every month on the debit date chosen by the Customer, in accordance with the amount of the monthly deposit to avoid debit failure.
The Customer’s account is closed before the predetermined due date at the request of the Heirs/failed debit 3 (three) times due to the death of the Customer and/or for other purposes.

Customers will continue to receive the profit-sharing rate of Maybank Tabungan iB Savings Account in accordance with the applicable profit-sharing rate provisions.
The reward provided comes from the Bank’s fund sources and does not constitute part of the Customers profit-sharing distribution.

General Terms and Conditions

After opening the account and placing the required funds, Customers will receive the reward ticket in the form of an e-voucher sent to the email address registered in the Maybank system no later than 20 January 2026.
The e-voucher can be exchanged for a wristband for the exclusive line at the Maybank booth during the event.
In addition to receiving the CONNECT 4 event ticket, customers will also receive one (1) stamp to participate in the Passport Challenge and win various attractive prizes. To participate, simply show the email containing the CONNECT 4 ticket e-voucher to Maybank staff at the booth during the event. Collect a total of 5 stamps to enter the drawing and win Umrah travel tickets or an intimate dinner with global speakers.

PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to conduct further reviews and examinations, as well as reject any Account Opening application submitted by the Customer, by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in its entirety; vary, delete, or add any of the terms and conditions; and to make such decision at its absolute discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced on www.maybank.co.id.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulation in connection with the program's implementation.
