How to update ID Card Address
Login to M2U ID App
|
On your account dashboard, click the menu icon on the upper left
|
Click Settings icon
|
|
Click “Customer Profile Update”
|
Click “Update ID Card Address”
|
Input your new ID Card Address, then click “Continue”
|
Check again your information detail, then click “Confirm”
|
Input your Secure2u passcode
|
Your customer profile has been successfully updated
|
How to update Residence Address
Click the icon on the upper left of your Log in Screen
|
Click Settings icon to continue
|
Click “Customer Profile Update” (Pengkinian Data)
|
|
Click “Residence Address” (Tempat Tinggal)
|
Input your new Residence Address
|
Check your new data confirmation, click “Confirm & Request TAC” (Konfirmasi & Minta TAC)
|
Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number
|
Your new data is successfully updated
|
How to update Work Address
Click the icon on the upper left of your Log in Screen
|
Click Settings icon to continue
|
Click “Customer Profile Update” (Pengkinian Data)
|
|
Click “Work Address” (Alamat Kantor)
|
Input your new work Address
|
Check your new data confirmation, click “Confirm & Request TAC” (Konfirmasi & Minta TAC)
|
Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number
|
Your new data is successfully updated

How to update Mailing Address
Login to M2U ID App
|
On your account dashboard, click the menu icon on the upper left
|
Click Settings icon
|
|
Click “Customer Profile Update”
|
Click “Update Mailing Address”
|
Input your new mailing address, then click “Continue”
|
Check again your information detail, then click “Confirm”
|
Input your Secure2u passcode
|
Your customer profile has been successfully updated
|
How to update Email Address
Click the icon on the upper left of your Log in Screen
|
Click Settings icon to continue
|
Click “Customer Profile Update” (Pengkinian Data)
|
|
Click “e-mail address” (Alamat email)
|
Input your new e-mail address
|
You will need to verified your data with your preferred ATM PIN
|
Input your ATM PIN to continue your verification process
|
Check your new data confirmation, click “Confirm & Request TAC”
|
Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number
|
Your new data is successfully updated, an e-mail notification will be sent to your registered e-mail address

How to update Mobile Phone Number
Login to M2U ID App
|
On your account dashboard, click the menu icon on the upper left
|
Click Settings icon
|
|
Click “Customer Profile Update”
|
Click “Update Mobile Phone Number”
|
Input your new mobile phone number, read the Terms & Conditions, then click “Continue”
|
Insert your Secure2u passcode
|
Your customer profile has been successfully updated
|
How to update Employeement Data
Click the icon on the upper left of your Log in Screen
|
Click Settings icon to continue
|
Click “Customer Profile Update” (Pengkinian Data)
|
|
Click “Employment” (Data Pekerjaan)
|
Input your new employment information
|
Check your new data confirmation, click “Confirm & Request TAC” (Konfirmasi & Minta TAC)
|
Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number
|
Your new data is successfully updated

How to update Tax Identification Number (NPWP)
Login to M2U ID App

Click Settings icon

Click “Customer Profile Update”
|
Click “Update Information NPWP”
|
Input your new NPWP information, then click “Continue”

Check again your information detail, then click “Confirm”
