The passcode must consist of 5 – 8 digit numbers and make sure not to use the same number repeatedly (e.g: 11111) and consecutive numbers (e.g: 12345).
Make sure your registered email is active. If your email (that registered when opening savings account) is unactive, then when the step of “send activation link to your email”, you should click “Update e-mail” and input your active email to receive your Secure2U activation link.
You must use your active email to activate Secure2u. If your previously registered email when opening savings account is inactive, then when the step of “send activation link to your email”, you should click “Update e-mail” and input your active email to receive your Secure2u activation link.
If Secure2u already activated, Customer can deactivate it by clicking menu – setting – my device – choose device that connected with Secure2u- turn off the green toggle
User ID on M2U ID App will be automatically locked if you have entered the incorrect passcode up to 3 times. You can unlock your User ID by clicking the question mark icon on the upper right corner of your Log In screen and click “Unlock User ID/ TAC”. How to guide M2U ID App/M2U ID Web. click here
The pop up notification appears as a reminder that your Secure2u activation process is not fully completed. Make sure to click the link provided on the e-mail verification. If you’re still unable to use your Secure2u, you can re-activate Secure2u through Forgot Secure2u Passcode feature.
You can still use Secure2u even if you are not in Indonesia. When you activate Secure2u for the first time, you will be sent a TAC to your phone number, make sure that your phone number is still valid and active.
Secure2u feature can only be connected to 1 device. If you need to change the registered device, you need to log in to M2U ID App and activate your Secure2u on new device. Secure2u on your previous device will be automatically deactivated once you have successfully activated it on the new device.
Make sure to fully complete your Secure2u activation, including clicking the link provided on the e-mail verification. If you’re still unable to use your Secure2u, you can re-activate Secure2u through Forgot Secure2u Passcode feature.
