1. Terms and conditions of Blibli e-vouchers:
   1. Blibli e-vouchers can be used to purchase all products on the Blibli website/application except for precious metal products, Blibli Gift Cards and/or digital products, cigarettes, matches, and infant formula milk under 1 year old.
   2. Blibli e-vouchers can only be used on the Blibli website/application.
   3. Blibli e-vouchers can be used with a minimum transaction on the Blibli website/application of the Blibli e-voucher value plus IDR 10,000,- and payment is made with a Maybank Credit Card.
   4. Blibli e-vouchers are valid for 6 (six) months from the time the Blibli e-voucher code is sent via email by Blibli
   5. Blibli e-vouchers will only deduct the product value and are outside or do not include shipping costs, insurance or other costs. These costs are borne entirely by the Blibli e-voucher user.
   6. Blibli e-vouchers cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions that are currently running.

1. Other e-voucher terms and conditions:
   1. The e-voucher code will be sent via SMS with the sender MAYBANK a maximum of 5 working days after the exchange.
   2. The e-voucher code will be sent via SMS to the Maybank Credit Card Holder's mobile phone number registered with Maybank.
   3. The e-voucher delivery process takes a maximum of 5 working days.
   4. Maybank Credit Card Holders receive an SMS containing a link, PIN and validity period of the e-voucher.
   5. E-voucher exchange can only be done during the validity period of the e-voucher is still active.
   6. To exchange an e-voucher, click the link then enter the 6-digit PIN.
   7. Press the "Redeem" button to exchange the e-voucher directly at the related merchant/store.
   8. E-voucher exchange can only be done by the cashier.

5. The process of exchanging Maybank TREATS Points for airline mileage is carried out according to the following schedule:

• If an exchange request is received from the customer after 13.00 WIB on the scheduled day (working day), it will be requested to the airline on the next scheduled (working day).
• The airline can refuse a mileage exchange request if the Member Number and Member Name data do not match.
• Please ensure that the Member Number and Member Name match the Airlines data, to avoid rejection.
• Airlines Mileage will be effective in entering the customer's Mileage account, no later than 5 working days after the request is made, if there is no refusal from the Airlines.
• Information on the number of Maybank TREATS Points exchanged will be listed on the billing statement for the following month.
