Top up fresh funds into your Maybank Global Access Signature/Global Access Signature iB Savings Account the funds will be blocked for a specified period.
Definition of fresh funds:
1. New funds in the form of cash deposits, not originating from transfers between Maybank accounts.
2. New funds from incoming transfers from other banks.
Placement according to the selected scheme must be completed within a maximum of 30 days starting from account activation.
Blocked funds cannot be used for other programs.
Cash rewards will be credited to the customer’s active account registered for the program within a maximum of 30 working days in the following month.
Customers who cancel participation or withdraw funds before maturity will be subject to a penalty fee based on the predetermined amount.
Interest rates are subject to change at any time in accordance with policies from Bank Indonesia.
If the interest rate received by the customer (including bonus interest or other rewards) exceeds the deposit insurance rate set by Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan (LPS), then the funds in the customer’s Maybank Savings/Tabungan iB and/or Maybank Current Account/Giro iB will not be covered under LPS guarantee.
