Terms & conditions

Applicable to Customers who purchase Telkomsel data plan via the M2U ID App, M2U ID Web, or Maybank ATM during the program period.

The following are the types of data plan, purchase amounts, and bonus credit received by Customers.

Quota applies to the first 1,000 Customers who make their first transaction in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
Credit bonus will be given if the purchase is confirmed successful by the Telkomsel system.
The credit bonus will be sent to the Customer within 24 hours after a Telkomsel credit/data plan purchase transaction is successfully completed to the transacting phone number.
The bonus is given up to a maximum of 5 times for each Telkomsel number that makes a transaction during the program period.
Check data plan, internet, and regular credits via MyTelkomsel or *888# or *800#.
