4. This promotion is valid for Malaysia Airlines flight bookings made through the dedicated Malaysia Airlines campaign page link or through the Malaysia Airlines mobile app, subject to seat availability at the time of booking.
5. This promotion is not valid for:
   1. Codeshare flights, including those operated by partner airlines, are excluded from this promotion.
   2. Itineraries involving sectors not operated by Malaysia Airlines, where one or more flight segments are operated by another airline, are not eligible for this promotion.
   3. Multi-city itineraries and multi-city bookings are not eligible for this promotion. Promo codes cannot be used for multi-city travel, and such bookings are not eligible for promotional fares.
      Examples:
      Kuala Lumpur (KUL) to Kansai (KIX) – operated by Malaysia Airlines;
      Kansai (KIX) to Sapporo (CTS) – codeshare flight (operated by Japan Airlines);
      Narita (NRT) to Kuala Lumpur (KUL) – operated by Malaysia Airlines;
      The above itineraries are made in a single booking and are not eligible for this promotion due to the codeshare flight.
6. Once a booking is confirmed and a ticket is issued, passengers are not permitted to change the travel date or change the passenger name to another passenger.
7. This promotion is only valid for bookings made through the campaign page link with the specific promo code entered.
8. Maybank Credit Cardholders are required to enter the promo code at checkout to receive the discounted fare.
9. Promo codes cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be combined with other promotional coupons, vouchers, loyalty programs, or special membership cards.
10. Maybank and Malaysia Airlines are not responsible for any fare differences if customers fail to enter the promo code when booking.
11. Promo seat availability is limited and may vary depending on the flight origin, destination, and travel period.
12. This promotion is valid for all flights operated by Malaysia Airlines from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines, to all destinations operated by Malaysia Airlines.
13. This promotion is not valid for bookings through travel agents or the Malaysia Airlines call center.
14. This promotion is valid for base airfare only.
15. This promotion does not apply to fuel surcharges, government taxes, airport taxes, and other levies.
16. No stopovers are permitted. The maximum stay is one year.
17. Tickets are non-refundable. Once issued, the date cannot be changed or the passenger's name cannot be changed.
18. Please refer to the fare rules during booking for more information regarding changes, cancellations, and no-show policies.
