  1. Mechanism for transactions conversion into 0%  installments:
    1. Maybank Credit Cardholders make transactions at merchants that has partnership with Maybank.
    2. Maybank Credit Cardholders choose the installment feature at the time of payment.
    3. The transaction recorded by merchant is an installment transaction. However, transactions recorded in Maybank Credit Card system are full payment transactions (full amount).The merchant will send installment transaction data to Maybank maximum D+3 from the date transaction was made.Changes to full payment transactions recorded in Maybank system will be processed into installment transactions a maximum of 14 working days from the date of transaction is made and will be stated on the next month's billing statement.

    6. The mechanism for installment transaction cancelation process:
      1. The credit cardholder cancels the installment transaction at the respective e-commerce merchant.
      2. After the installment transaction is completed, it turns out that the product/item that has been purchased is not available.
      3. Then the e-commerce merchant cancels and refunds the cardholder installment transaction, by:
        1. Conducted cancellation of installment transactions on the e-commerce website where the cardholder made the transaction, and informed Maybank to cancel the installment transaction.
        2. Maybank only accepts 100% transaction refund process according to the value of the transaction that was first formed in cardholder billing statement.
    7. If there is complain, Maybank will inform the cardholders to contact the merchant, to ensure whether the merchant has provided information to Maybank regarding the cardholder's installment transaction cancellation.
    8. Cancellation and refund transaction process is maximum 14 (fourteen) working days after the installment transaction cancelation received by Maybank from the merchant.
