Attention to Customer on Fraud Attempt made on behalf of Maybank Indonesia

Dear Customer,

In regards to recent fraud attempt made on behalf of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. (“Maybank Indonesia”), specific to information regarding changes to interbank transfer fees, we would like to notify our Customer that the information is hoax or false.

We urge customers to remain vigilant and to ignore any chat, telephone and requests to fill out a form containing customer-related information through a link sent by parties claiming as Maybank Indonesia Officer. Maybank Indonesia never sent link form in requesting Customer to fill confidential information.

Furthermore, we would like to remind Customers on the confidentiality of Customer’s information at all times, which includes: User ID, Password, Personal Identification Number ("PIN"), three digits on the back of credit and debit cards ("CVV/CVC"), and Secure2u Passcode as these are personal information owned and only to be known by Customer.

The same applies for Customer to keep the confidentiality of Transaction Authorization Code ("TAC") and/or One Time Password ("OTP"), which is sent only to the Customer's cellular phone number as registered in our system.

Maybank Indonesia staff and employees never request customers to provide confidential information.
