Terms and conditions
- Valid for Customers who make e-wallet top-up transactions such as GoPay, OVO, and/or ShopeePay through the M2U ID App or M2U ID Web at least 3 times per month.
- Here is the prize scheme and quota:

- The Grand Prize of a Samsung Galaxy Tab S10, Samsung Galaxy A56, or a cash reward of IDR 1.5 million will be awarded to Customers with the highest and fastest number of e-wallet transactions each month, including a combination top-up of GoPay, OVO, and/or ShopeePay.
- Each customer is only eligible to win one (1) prize per month. A customer who wins a Grand Prize is not eligible for a cashback prize in the current month.
- Customers who have won a Grand Prize in the previous 3-month period are not eligible to win a Grand Prize in the current month.
- Customers must maintain a minimum average balance of IDR 2 million per month in a Maybank Savings/Tabungan iB account to be eligible for the Grand Prize.
- Grand Prize winners will be announced on the Maybank Indonesia website and at Maybank branches no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- Grand Prize collection will take place at the Maybank branch where the Customer’s account was opened.
- The IDR 15,000 cashback is applicable for Customers with at least 3 fastest e-wallet top-up transactions (A combination of transactions to GoPay, OVO, and/or ShopeePay) each month.
- The cashback/cash reward will be credited to the Customer's active Maybank Savings/iB Savings Account used as the source of funds during the e-wallet top-up transaction (a combination of transactions to GoPay, OVO, and/or ShopeePay), no later than the 4th week of the following month.
- All types of prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, and/or traded for other prizes.
- Prizes are subject to availability/condition, and Customers cannot choose the prize color.
- Program is not valid for Maybank employees.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own consideration has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations and/or carried out other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
