M2U ID App is a service that Maybank Indonesia offers to all of its customers. With the M2U ID App, you can complete all transactions in one hand, anywhere and at any time.You may manage your funds, make payments, and invest all using the M2U ID App. Additionally, you get access to your overall account balance across all Maybank accounts.

A transaction menu is available, which includes balance information, quick transfers for all types of transactions, and Maybank QR Pay.

If you haven't already, you can start a Maybank savings account online using the M2U ID App by following the steps below:

1. Download M2U ID App

Download the latest version of  M2U ID App on Playstore or Appstore

2. Register and Select a Savings Option

Select register and the type of savings you want. Maybank offers two types of savings accounts; normal savings and sharia savings.

3. Prepare Your Personal Information

Prepare personal information such as an ID card, an NPWP, an email address, and a phone number.

4. Verification Process

Snap a selfie in vertical format to verify your identity. Check that the selfie photo is correct and meets the requirements.

5. Additional Information

Provide additional information such as ID number and NPWP.

5. Create mobile banking/internet banking security

Set up a user ID, password, and security picture for your mobile banking/internet banking. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
