Insured age of entry : 0 - 60 years (nearest birthday).
Insurance period : 8 years
Premium payment period : 5 years          
Metode Pembayaran Premi :

• First month premium must be paid through overbooking with Maybank account.
• Premium for the second month onwards may be paid through auto debit from Maybank savings accounts/current accounts/credit cards.

Currency : Rupiah (IDR)

Premi :

• Minimum basic premium: 
  Monthly           : IDR100,000
• Maximum basic premium:
  Monthly         : IDR2,500,000

The amount of premium cannot be changed during the period of the policy contract.

Surrender : there will be no benefits received by the policy holder should the policy holder decides to surrender the cover.

Policy reinstatement : not available

Underwriting:

Simplified Issue Offer (SIO), in which the Insured will be asked short questions about their health for maximum sum insured of IDR1,5 billion/policy with Total Sum Insured of:

• IDR1,5 billion per Insured with entry age of 0-50 years.
• IDR1 billion per Insured with entry age of 51-60 years.
