Click the menu icon on the upper left of your Account screen

Click “Card Management”

Choose Debit/Credit Card. Click the yellow button of an active card, then click “Replace Card”

Choose the option “Deliver ATM card”
|
Make sure your shipping address is correct, and click “Continue
|
You will be directed to the confirmation screen, read the information provided and click “Yes” to continue
|
Select your preferred account to be charged for your card processing fee
|
Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number
|
Your card replacement was successful
|

Click “Card Management”

Choose the option “At Branch” Currently available for the following branches: Sentral Senayan 3, Thamrin, MT Haryono, Lippo Cikarang and Karawang. |

Enter the SMS Token/TAC that has been sent to your registered phone number
|
Your branch visit was successfully scheduled. Please visit the nearest Maybank branch to complete your card replacement. Currently available for the following branches: KC Sentral Senayan 3, Thamrin, MT Haryono, Lippo Cikarang and Karawang. |
