Login to M2U ID App

On the account dashboard page, swipe left to the credit card dashboard and select the credit card you want to block when the card is lost.

Then click “Others”

Select “Block Card”

Check again the information of the credit card number to be blocked. Then click "YES"

Login to M2U ID App

On the account dashboard page, swipe left to the credit card dashboard and select the credit card you want to unblock when the card has been found.

Then click “Others”

Select “Unblock Card”

Input Secure2u Passcode

Your credit card has been successfully Activated
