On the account dashboard page, swipe left to the credit card dashboard and select the credit card you want to block when the card is lost.

Credit Card blocking can also be accessed via the burger menu and select card management

Then click “Others”

Select “Block Card”

Check again the information of the credit card number to be blocked. Then click "YES"
