• If the referrer refers at least 3 eligible new Customers, then at the end of the program period will get additional commission of IDR300,000.
• This additional referral fee reward does not apply multiples.
  Example:
  Customer A refers 5 colleagues to open Maybank Current iB and the referred colleagues have an average balance of 1 month since account opening of min. Rp10 million. This means that Customer A will get a commission of IDR1 million (5 x IDR200,000). The Customer will also get an additional referral fee at the end of the program period for referring min. 3 new Customers worth IDR300,000 (calculated from the first 3 new Customers referred).

• Invite your business partners or colleagues to open Maybank Current Account iB (valid for prospective Customers who do not have Maybank Current Account or Current Account iB).
• Referrer informs the data of prospective Customers who will be referred to the Maybank Officer.
• Various benefits from Maybank Business Current Account iB to support Customer's business needs.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• After being declared eligible or fulfilling the terms and conditions that have been set, the referrer will receive a commission which will be credited to Maybank Savings Account/Current Account iB max. 30 working days after qualifying for commission per reference. For additional commission will be credited at the latest 30 April 2025. If that date falls on a holiday, it will be credited on the following business day.
• The commission value given is in nett amount, taxes are borne by Maybank Indonesia.
• The commission given comes from the Bank's source of funds and is not part of the Customer's profit sharing.
• The provision of this reference uses the Ju'alah Agreement. A Ju'alah contract is a promise or commitment (iltizam) to provide a certain reward ('iwadh/'jul) for the attainment of results (natijah) determined from a job. Based on the Ju'alah Agreement, PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk acts as Ja'il (the party that promises to pay certain rewards (ju'l) for the achievement of work results (natijah) specified by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk in the Terms and Conditions of the Maybank Giro iB referral program and the referrer acts as Maj'ullah (the party who performs Ju'alah)
• The program does not apply to Employees of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by giving notice according to the applicable provisions and will be informed at maybank.co.id
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its sole discretion has the right to disqualify any Customer who is proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated the applicable laws and regulations and/or performed other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
