How to Join Program

Make top up i.saku transactions via M2U ID App as many as possible, min. 3x during the program period.

Maintain an average balance in Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account of at least IDR500,000 and top up your i.saku account at least 3 times via M2U ID App.

Terms and conditions

Applies to Customers who perform i.saku top-up transactions via the M2U ID App during the program period.

Maintain an average balance of at least IDR500,000 in your Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account perform i.saku top-up transaction via the M2U ID App according to the following scheme:

The Grand Prize quota is calculated based on the total number of transactions made by the Customer at the end of each month during the program period.
The Grand Prize will be awarded to the Customer with the highest number of i.saku top-up transactions during the program period.
Each Customer is only entitled to win 1 (one) prize per month. Customers who have won the Grand Prize are not entitled to receive cashback prizes in the same month.
In the case of a tie in transaction count, the prize will go to the Customer who completed the top-ups the fastest.
Customers who are entitled to the Grand Prize will be announced via the Maybank Indonesia website and Maybank branch offices no later than the 4^th week of the following month.
The Grand Prize (Redmi Note 14) must be collected at the Maybank branch where the Customer opened their account.
The IDR20,000 cashback prize is valid for Customers with min. 3x i.saku top up transactions the fastest each month.
The prize in the form of cashback will be credited to the Customer's Maybank/Maybank iB Savings which is the source of funds when the i.saku top up transaction and has an active status, no later than the 4^th week of the following month.
All types of prizes cannot be cashed, sold and/or exchanged for other prizes.
Prizes are subject to availability/conditions and Winners cannot choose the color of the prize.
Prize tax is borne by Maybank Indonesia.
The winner decision is the sole discretion of PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk ("Maybank Indonesia") and cannot be contested.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by providing notification in accordance with the applicable provisions and will be informed at www.maybank.co.id
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk at any time based on its own consideration has the right to disqualify Customers who are proven or indicated to have committed fraud, violated applicable laws and regulations and/or carried out other intentional manipulations in connection with the implementation of the program.
