System Migration Information TradeConnex to M2E Trade


 
As part of our commitment to prioritizing Customer convenience in transactions, we would like to inform you that, effective 3 May 2025, the TradeConnex system will be migrated to M2E Trade. This migration aims to enhance service quality and provide an optimal banking experience for Corporate Customers.

M2E Trade offers various features designed to facilitate Corporate Customers in managing company finances and conducting transactions, such as:

  • Transactions can be executed immediately after Customers submit the required supporting documents.
  • Equipped with a correspondence function that enables seamless communication with the Trade helpdesk when needed.
  • Provides up-to-date transaction information.

As part of this migration, you will receive a new Corporate ID and User ID for M2E Trade.
