Dear Valued Customers,
In accordance with the provision of Maybank ATM/Debit Cards Request as informed in the previous announcement on January 2nd 2023, in which became effective on February 13th 2023, we hereby to inform you the summary of the provision of Maybank ATM/Debit Cards Request as follows:

- Account Opening
- Maybank ATM/Debit Cards is provided without charges for all the Customers that Open Maybank/Maybank iB Savings Account and also for the Customers who make Maybank ATM/Debit Cards Request, provided that the account HAS a minimum balance of IDR100,000.
- Maybank ATM/Debit Cards can be provided to the Customers who already have an Account and will make a Card Replacement due to the expiration date of the card/lost card/damaged card with the following conditions:
- Expired Card
- No minimum balance for Card Replacement/Request
(regardless of the balance in Customer’s Account)
- No fee will be appliedLost or damaged card
- Lost or damaged card
- No minimum balance for Card Replacement/Request
(regardless of the balance in Customer’s Account)
- Card Replacement/Request is subject to the applicable provisions in www.maybank.co.id/fee

- Account Opening
- Maybank ATM/Debit Cards will only provided if Customer submit a request after successfully opened account through M2U ID App (Mobile Banking) and no charge for Maybank ATM/Debit Cards request
- Maybank ATM/Debit Cards can be provided to the Customers who already have an Account and will make a Maybank ATM/Debit Cards in physical form with the following conditions:
- Apply via Card Management Menu in M2U ID App
- MUST have a minimum balance of IDR100,000
- No Card Request fee will be charged, if incurred, the fee will be credited to the Customer’s Account in the following month.
- Expired Card
- Card Replacement/Request can be made via Card Management Menu in M2U ID App
- Card Replacement/Request can be made without minimum balance (regardless of the balance in Customer’s Account)
- No Card Replacement/Request fee will be charged, if incurred, the fee will be credited to the Customer’s Account in the following month.
- Lost or damaged card
- Card Replacement/Request can be made via Card Management Menu in M2U ID App
- Card Replacement/Request can be made without minimum balance (regardless of the balance in Customer’s Account)
- Card Replacement/Request is subject to the applicable provisions in www.maybank.co.id/fee
