In accordance with Minister of Communication & Informatics Regulation No. 5 of 2021 concerning Uniform Short Message Access Codes for the financial sector, we hereby inform you of the change in the Maybank Credit Card SMS access service from 69811 to 89811.
The SMS 69811 service will be deactivated by 31st July 2023.
Changes on the Maybank Credit Card SMS access service number to 89811 have an impact on Access SMS as follows:

Information on the number of Maybank TREATS Points can be found on your Maybank Credit Card billing statement.
For customers who have Maybank Savings, can use the M2U ID App to check the limit, usage amount and your Maybank Credit Card bill. Download M2U ID on the Play Store/ App Store now!
