Dear Customer,
Based on Bank Indonesia Regulation Number 22/7/PBI/2020 concerning Adjustments to the Implementation of Several Bank Indonesia Regulations as a result of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic and Bank Indonesia Press Releases regarding minimum credit card payments and credit card late fees ends on 30th June 2023. We hereby inform you of the provisions regarding Adjustment of Service Fees from Maybank Credit Cards which are effective
1st July 2023, as follows:

| 1 | Minimum payment | 5% of the total billing | 10% from total billing |
| 2 | Late payment fee | 1% of the total billing with minimum of IDR75,000 & maximum of IDR100,000 | 3% from total billing with a minimum of IDR75,000 & maximum of IDR150,000 |
