Maybank hereby inform to all Customers to actively participate to update the latest information/data such as the National Identity Number (NIK), email address, cellphone number (HP), address and other personal data to prevent automatic closing or blocking of accounts. Update your data with several methods below:

  1. Visit the nearest Maybank branch office.
  2. Contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 for local access or +62217886911 (for international access).
  3. Send an email to customercare@maybank.co.id and please attach your Customer ID (KTP).
  4. Through M2U ID App. Info guide Click here.

For Customers with an inactive/dormant account status, please activate your account immediately through Maybank branch office or via M2U ID App to avoid blocking or account closing automatically. Download M2U ID on Play Store/App Store now!
