Changes to Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Terms of Service


Effective 30th March 2022 there are changes to the provisions of Safe Deposit Box (SDB) service as follows:

  1. Maybank Indonesia will no longer provide rental services for the new SDB facilities.
  2. For Customers who already have existing SDB facilities, the extension of the rental period can still be done with the following criteria:
    1. Have become a Maybank Premier Customer
    2. Have an average total savings (Maybank Savings Account, Maybank Time Deposit, dan Maybank Current Account) and investment products for the last 3 (three) months, worth a minimum equivalent of IDR1 billion.
