Information Update on Cash Deposit Services via Cash Deposit Machine (CDM)

Along with the increase in non-cash transactions and also to participate in minimizing the spread of Covid-19, Maybank Indonesia will be closing its cash deposit services through the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) in all Maybank branch office networks and ATM galleries as of December 1^st 2021. Depositing cash can still be done easily at all Maybank branch offices through teller counters or through self-service machines.

Maybank actively supports and participates in the cashless programs organized by the government through Bank of Indonesia with QRIS transactions. With M2U ID App (mobile banking) and M2U ID Web (internet banking), all customer transactions become easier, faster and more reliable.
