Announcement of Changes to the Requirements of Safe Deposit Box (SDB) Facility

Effective April 1^st, 2021, changes to the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facility will apply as follow :

1. Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facilities are will be located at 17 Maybank Branches Click here
2. Customers may use Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facility with the following requirements:
   1. Has become Maybank Premier Customer
   2. Has an average total deposits and investment products for the last 3 (three) months equivalent to  minimum of IDR1 billion.
3. Fees be charged for the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facility are as follows:

   *) Rental costs exclude 10% VAT
   **) Only available at KC. Diponegoro, Medan
   
   Free of rental cost for 1 (one) Safe Deposit Box (SDB) for Maybank Premier Customer with average total deposits and investment products for the last 3 (three) months equivalent to  minimum of IDR1 billion

Due to this new requirement, for Customers who already have Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facilities:

1. Please ensure that You are a Maybank Premier Customer with average total deposits and investment products for the last 3 (three) months equivalent to  minimum of IDR1 billion.
2. Your Safe Deposit Box (SDB) facility is located at one of 17 Maybank Branches mentioned above.
3. If you cannot meet the applicable requirements, we are very sorry that You are unable to use the Safe Deposit Box (SDB) service facility.
