Announcement Temporary Changes to Maybank Customer Care Service

Dear Valued Customer,

In regards to the implementation of health protocol, we are applying adjustments to the Maybank Customer Care 1500611 operating hours from 7AM until 6PM (Western Indonesia Time). The available service beyond the operating hours is reserved only for blocking requests. For other services, you may visit the nearest Maybank branch or via email: customercare@maybank.co.id

We apologize for the inconveniences.

Customers can use M2U ID App (mobile banking) or Maybank2u (internet banking) at anywhere and anytime for banking transactions:

  • Check your savings account balance and daily financial transactions.
  • Check your Maybank Credit Card usage and remaining balance.
  • In the event where Customers’ Maybank Debit/Credit Card is lost, you may block cards directly from M2U ID App.
