During COVID-19 pandemic, for more convenient way of banking, Maybank is suggesting you to use e-statement that will be sent to your e-mail.

Effective 1^st August 2020, for new opening of Maybank Savings Account will be using e-statement. Your financial account report will be no longer delivered as printed statement.

For Customer who currently is using printed statement, kindly register your email immediately by contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or send an email to customercare@maybank.co.id, with enclosure of your name,  account number, email address and phone number. Meanwhile, for Customer who is using passbook, visit Maybank nearest branch for your convenience on receiving your financial account report.

By using e-statement, you already involved in saving earth by going paperless, with more convenient way to monitor your financial activity.
