Tems & conditions:

• Program is valid for Maybank Credit Cardholders who received SMS or email this program.
• Cashback will be credited to your Maybank Credit Card 5% from your total transactions during program period with max. IDR100,000.
• How to get 5% cashback:
  1. Use Maybank Credit Card min. IDR500,000 during program period for groceries.
     Not valid for cash withdrawal and installment transactions.
  2. After making transactions, claim your cashback by choosing these following steps:
     1. Call Maybank Customer Care at 69 811 via mobile / 021 – 1 500 611 or
     2. Send an email to CustomerCare@maybank.co.id with format bellow:
        Subject: Groceries
        Name:
        Maybank Credit Card number:
        or
     3. Send SMS to 69 811 with the format: REG<space>PROMO using your mobile number registered at Maybank system.
• Cashback will be credited to your Maybank Credit Card with the highest value of groceries transactions during program period :

  Cashback IDR100,000  from transaction on 29^th July 2019  will be credit to your Maybank Credit Card.
• Cashback will be credited to your Maybank Credit Card 30 days after program period ends at the latest.
• When cashback is credited, your Maybank JCB Credit Card must be in active condition, not blocked, no usage exceed the limit and no overdue payment.
• PT Maybank Indonesia Tbk have the rights to cancel, postpone, prolong or terminate this program before deleting or adding one of the terms and conditions with absolute decision giving the information with 7 working days before through website at www.maybank.co.id
