HR Excellence Award 2019 for Maybank Indonesia

21st November 2019 marked as another milestone for Maybank Indonesia, as it’s awarded for ‘Innovative in using HR Technology’ category in HR Excellence Award 2019. This award is given for Maybank’s digital services continuous improvement: MyHR2u (Employee Self Service), MyNet (Internal Social Media), @Mayang2u (Automated Chatbot). As digitalization is one of the important part in future changes, we’re also in the phase of developing MyJourney, a sophisticated Recruitment Management System to automate and manage our entire recruiting process. This prestigious award is also attended and participated by companies with excellent reputation such as Unilever, BCA, Mandiri, and XL Axiata.
