Maybank Women Eco Weavers Program Exhibition in the ASEAN 50th Anniversary
Getting acknowledged by the Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) was one of the most prominent achievement by Maybank Women Eco Weavers program back in 2017. ASEAN also invited Maybank Indonesia to participate in the celebration of ASEAN 50th Anniversary through the Maybank Women Eco Weavers (MWEW) program. Given the opportunity, MWEW program showcased their work from Indonesia and Cambodia such as fabrics, clothes, bags, and shoes with natural dyed woven fabric to the President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, the ambassadors, and other invited guests.
