The validity period of your Maybank Premier ATM/Debit Card can be seen on the front side of the card, namely Valid Thru. Make sure that before the validity period of the card expires, you have made a Maybank Premier ATM/Debit Card request so that you can still make transactions conveniently.

Please make a request to replace your Maybank Premier ATM/Debit Card for transaction convenience, by choosing one of the following methods:

• Visit the nearest Maybank Premier branch office
• Contact Relationship Manager (RM) or Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +6221 78869811 (from overseas)

Maybank Premier ATM / Debit Card changes made through Maybank branches are free of charge, if the customer makes a card change when:

• Maximum 3 months before the validity period of Maybank ATM/Debit Premier Card.
• The validity period of Maybank ATM/Debit Premier Card has ended.
