• The source account used in the program does not use a joint account (OR/AND/QQ)
• Customers will be charged a penalty fee/program cancellation administration fee of IDR900,000 and an account closure administration fee before maturity (1% of the last balance or minimum IDR100,000), if:
  1. Customers close their accounts before the specified maturity date.
  2. There are 3 (three) failed debits on the source account for monthly deposits, so the account will be closed automatically by the system. Customers are required to provide funds in the source account every month on the debit date selected by the Customer, according to the amount of monthly deposits to avoid failed debits.
  3. Customer accounts are closed before the specified maturity date at the request of the Heirs/3 (three) failed debits due to the Customer's death and/or for other purposes.
• Customers will still receive the Maybank Tabungan/Maybank Tabungan iB interest rate/yield rate, in accordance with the applicable interest rate/yield rate provisions.
