At the moment, Postpaid PLN Bill Payments, Non-Electricity PLN Bill Payments, and Prepaid PLN Purchases can be made through Maybank ATM, M2U ID Web (internet banking) and M2U ID App (mobile banking).
Effective October 18, 2024, Customers will still be able to make payments through the M2U ID App (mobile banking), while services through Maybank ATMs and M2U ID Web (internet banking) will be temporarily unavailable.
Maybank Indonesia will provide further updates through the official website.
