Dormant Account Definition 

Maybank Savings/Current Accounts (both Conventional and Sharia), but does not include:

1. Maybank RDN/RDN iB Savings Account,
2. Maybank SuperKidz/SuperKidz iB Savings Account,
3. Maybank MyArafah Savings Account,
4. Hajj Pilgrimage Savings Account (RTJH),
5. Maybank MyPlan/MyPlan iB Savings Account,
6. Maybank EduPlan/EduPlan iB Savings Account, as well as
7. U Goal Saver/U Goal Saver iB Account.

which has no transaction activity carried out by the Customer, for a period of 12 (twelve) consecutive months.

Criteria of Dormant Account for the automatic Account Closure process by system

Account with dormant status with a balance of IDR0 (Zero Rupiah) for ≥ 36 (more than or equal to thirty six) months or more.
 
Implementation of automatic Account Closure by system is 4x per year, in January, April, July & October.
