As our commitment to prioritize the safety and convenience of transactions for all our Customers, we hereby to inform you that effective 18 July 2024 there wil be Adjusment to the Dormant Account Closing Provisions (Dormant Account) as follows:

Criteria of Dormant Account for the automatic Account Closure process by system |
Account with dormant status with a balance of IDR0 (Zero Rupiah) for ≥ 36 (more than or equal to thirty six) months or more. |
Year period of the automatic Account Closure by system, as follows:
Implementation of automatic Account Closure by system is 4x per year, in January, April, July & October. |
