Dear Valued Customers,

Following the conclusion of the collaboration between Bank Citibank and Maybank Indonesia in November 2023, we hereby inform you that Citibank Product Bill Payment Services including Credit Card, Personal Loan/Loan, Ready Cash and Ready Credit, through channels currently available at Maybank, will be discontinued effectively on 16 November 2023. As a result, Customers will no longer be able to utilize these services.

The Citibank Product Bill Payment Services will be closed on the following channels:

Transaction Channels Service Discontinuation Date
  • M2U ID App (mobile banking)
  • M2U ID Web (internet banking)
  • Maybank ATM
  • M2E for Corporate Customers

Regarding Citibank Credit Card payment and Ready Credit/Personal Loan, Customers are still be able to make those transactions by selecting the Credit Card & Cashplus "UOB" payment menu which will be effectively on 18 November 2023.
