Change of Term to Power of Attorney

Dear Valued Customer,

We would like to inform you with regards to a change in the provisions of the Power of Attorney (POA) applicable for Individual and Non-Individual Customers. Maybank Indonesia's new provision for the Power of Attorney / POA has been in effect since 10 February 2022. There are several things you need to know :

1. The validity period of the for Non-Individual and Individual Customers as follows :

   Customer	Validity Period
   Individual Customers	Until  March 31st of the recurring year
   Non-Individual Customers	Maximum of 3 years upon signing date of the POA and/or until revocation or renewal.

2. We kindly request  Non Individual and Individual Customers to update their power of attorney (POA) following the validity date for security and convenience of your transactions.
3. For Non-Individual Customers, you are required to update the power of attorney (POA) to align with the new provisions. The current POA is valid only until 10 july 2022.
