Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Survey

 

Maybank is back with 2021 Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Survey this year, an annual survey that was held to identify the level of customer satisfaction and loyalty in using Maybank products and services in 2021.

Survey period : 1st August  - 30th November 2021.

Survey implementation:

  • The survey was conducted from 1st August  - 30th November 2021.
  • This 2021 Maybank Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Survey is in collaboration with PT. The Nielsen Company Indonesia as the survey vendor appointed by Maybank.

Survey mechanism:

  • Survey will use Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) Interview method for Maybank customers who were randomly chosen in 10 regions represented from big cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, Surabaya, Medan, Palembang, Balikpapan, Pontianak and Makassar).
  • PT. The Nielsen Company Indonesia will contact Maybank Customers by phone 021 – 83701636 / 021 - 50595002 to invite Customers to take part in 2021 Maybank Customer Satisfaction & Loyalty Survey.
  • Interviews will be conducted at a location determined by the Customer or based on an agreement between Customer and PT. The Nielsen Company Indonesia.
  • PT The Nielsen Company will contact the Customer on weekdays (Monday-Friday) and during business hours from 08.00-17.00 WIB / WITA
  • PT. The Nielsen Company Indonesia only conducts interviews/surveys based on data from Maybank customers that have been provided by Maybank.
  • Data provided by Maybank to vendor will only be used for this survey. The vendor will not use the data for purposes outside this survey and will not disseminate/misuse the data of Customer provided. This has been stated in a cooperation agreement between Maybank and PT. The Nielsen Company Indonesia.
  • Data provided is Customer’s name and phone number, Here are things that are important for you to know:
    • Please ignore it if you are contacted from telephone numbers other than those mentioned above, including telephone numbers 69811 or 1500611 on behalf of Maybank to conduct the survey.
    • Keep your banking data confidential, such as One Time Password, Transaction Authorization Code, PIN, 3 digits on the back of the card and your Password. Never inform the other party in any way
