Login to M2U ID App, select the "Payment" menu. Then select the desired bill payment menu such as Credit Card payments (except Maybank Credit Cards), Water, Handphone,Telkom, Internet and Cable TV.

Perform selected routine bill payment transactions via M2U ID App.

Cashback of 50% up to IDR25,000 is given to customers who make bill payment transactions during the program period.

Terms & Conditions

Valid for Customers who receive communication regarding this program via Push Notification, email, SMS, and official WhatsApp messages from Maybank.

This program is valid for the first 1000 and fastest Customers during the following program sub-periods:

Cashback 50% with a maximum of IDR25,000 calculated from the value of the first transaction made by the Customer during the program period.

Types of transactions included in the program provisions:

Cashback does not apply to multiples.
Eligible customers will be calculated from the fastest transaction each month during the program period (as long as the quota is still available).
Customers can only get 1x cashback during the program period. If the Customer has received cashback in the previous month, they cannot get cashback again in the following month.
Cashback will be credited to eligible Customers, maximum in the 4th week of the following month to the active account used to make the transaction.
The Winner's decision as determined by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk is absolute and cannot be contested.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program; vary, delete, or add any terms and conditions at its absolute discretion with prior notice as per applicable regulations, which will be informed at www.maybank.co.id.
