Terms & conditions

The program period runs from 9 September – 30 November 2024.
Valid for customers who already or do not have Maybank Savings Account and registration and financial transactions on the M2U ID App.
Customers are required to maintain an average daily balance of IDR2 million during the program period.
Customers who wish to take part in this program are required to have Pegadaian Gold Savings on the M2U ID App.
Customer points calculation is a combination of transactions from all accounts in Rupiah currency via the M2U ID App.

Customers with the highest points will get a prize every point collection period and will also have the opportunity to win one of the Grand Prizes.

Customers can only win a maximum of 1x monthly prize during the period of September 9 to November 30, 2024.
Customers who have received prizes during the points collection period still have the opportunity to win the Grand Prize.
The Grand Prize winners are the 3 customers who collect the most points during the program period in order of number of points. Transaction accumulation applies.
If there are customers with the same number of points, then the prize applies to the customer who collects the points the fastest.
Gift tax is borne by Maybank.
All types of prizes cannot be cashed, sold and/or exchanged for other prizes.
Prizes are subject to availability/conditions and Winners cannot choose the color of the prize.
Prizes in the form of cash rewards will be credited to Maybank Savings/iB Savings accounts no later than the fourth (4th) week of the following month.
The e-voucher prize will be sent via SMS/to the mobile number/email registered in the Maybank system no later than the fourth (4th) week of the following month.
Prizes may change according to item/unit availability.
The program winner's account must be active at the time the prize is awarded.
Winner information will be announced via the Maybank Indonesia website and Maybank branch offices no later than the 4th week of the following month.
The winner's decision determined by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk is absolute and cannot be contested.
