How to redeem TREATS Points to AirAsia BIG Points:
- Exchange can only be done by the Main Bank Credit Card Holder.
- Make sure you have an AirAsia BIG ID number, if you don't already have one, please register at http://app.airasiabig.com/id/
- Contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or through email customercare@maybank.co.id by filling out and attaching the mileage registration form
- Click here to fill the form
- The process of exchanging TREATS Points can only be done on request, not done automatically for all existing TREATS Points.
- The process of exchanging TREATS Points into AirAsia BIG Points no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of exchange.
- Redemption of AirAsia BIG Points with free tickets is done by the major Maybank Credit Card holders directly through the website www.airasiabig.com or http://app.airasiabig.com/id/
- When exchanging TREATS Points, Maybank Credit Cards must be active, not blocked, and the usage doesn't exceeds the credit limit and there is no late payment.
- PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, delay, extend or terminate this program beforehand; vary, delete or add one of the terms and conditions of the absolute decision by giving a 7-day prior notification via the website at www.mayabnk.co.id
