Activate the Maybank Credit Card in the following ways below:

1. Via the M2U ID App, click Credit Card Activation on the Card Management menu. If you already have the M2U ID App, make sure it is the latest version. If you haven't already, immediately download M2U ID on the Play Store/App Store and have Maybank Savings/iB Savings. To view the Activation Guide via the M2U ID App

2. Contact Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas) or
3. SMS to 89811 with the format:

AKT <space> KK # 8 Final Digits of your Maybank Credit Card # date of birth (DDMMYYYY).

• Transact anywhere on EDC machine and online with the Maybank Credit Card with min. transaction IDR300,000 for first transaction after activation. Not valid for Maybank X-Cash, Maybank X-Bill, Maybank X-Pay Just Call, Maybank Balance Conversion transaction and cash withdrawal at ATM machine (Cash Advance).
• Cashback will be credited to the invited Maybank Credit Card number.
• Cashbackwill be credited maximum 60 business days after end of transaction period.
• At the time of sending cashback Credit Card must be active, not blocked, there is no usage that exceeds the credit limit, and there are no late payments.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk only accepts response and complaint related to the bonus reward from this program up to 29 February 2025.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk has the right to cancel, postpone, extend or terminate this program before; vary, delete, or add to one of the absolute term and conditions of the decision by giving notice in accordance with applicable condition and will be informed via website www.maybank.co.id
