When you need to quickly transfer funds to other bank, select the quickest and most convenient transaction feature to get to your beneficiary in a matter of seconds. Utilize the M2U ID App/M2U ID Web for real-time interbank transfers.

Guide for real-time interbank transfers

Login to M2U ID Web (New Website) at https://m2u.maybank.co.id

On your account dashboard, click the "Transactions" button on the upper right corner.

Select “Transfer” menu on the transaction page
Select source of fund on the “Transfer from” column
Select “Real Time Transfer” on the “Transfer to” column

Select the beneficiary bank to transfer to

Enter the beneficiary’s account number
Enter the transfer amount, then fill in the message and beneficiary email (optional)
Click “Transfer” button

Review your transaction details, then click ‘Konfirmasi’ if everything is correct.

Confirmation will be done via M2U ID App. Open the pop-up notification from M2U ID App on your smartphone.

Review the transaction details again in M2U ID App, then click ‘Konfirmasi’ if everything is correct.

Enter your Secure2u passcode.

Once the transaction has been successfully authenticated, return to M2U ID Web to complete your transaction.

Please go to the “Transfer” tab on the account dashboard

Click the Inter Bank icon

Choose Your preferred source of account

Choose the recipient Bank

Enter the beneficiary’s account number, then click “Continue”

Enter Your preferred transfer amount, then click “Proceed” to continue

Check transfer details once more on the transaction confirmation page, if it correct click “Confirmation”

Enter your Secure2u passcode
