Terms and Conditions of the Top Up/Fund Placement Program

The program is valid for those who have become Maybank Customers or those who have not become Maybank Customers.
How to join the program:
1. Make sure you already have Maybank iB Savings Account.
  Valid for the following types of Maybank iB Savings Account:

  2. Maybank Regular iB Savings Account (except Maybank iB Savings Account with Wadiah contract)
  3. Maybank MAKSI iB Savings Account
  4. Maybank Woman One iB Savings Account
  5. Maybank MyArafah Savings Account
  6. Maybank Payroll One iB Savings Account
  7. Maybank SuperKidz iB Savings Account (maximum blocking 12 months)
  8. Not applicable for Maybank iB Savings Account with joint account ownership type (OR/AND/QQ)

2. Placing funds in Maybank iB Savings Account to be blocked, in accordance with the provisions in the table above. Funds must be fresh funds that come from other banks or not from overbooking from other accounts at Maybank and funds will be blocked for a certain period of time.
Customer is declared to fulfill the terms and conditions if there is an increase in the total balance on Maybank iB Savings Account, Current Account iB and Time Deposit iB, in Rupiah currency compared to the total balance on Maybank iB Savings Account, Current Account iB and Time Deposit iB on the last working day of the previous month.
If the funds are withdrawn before the blocking period is completed at the request of the customer for any reason including the death of the customer, a penalty fee/cancellation administration fee/program administration fee will be charged according to applicable regulations.
The Customer will still get the Maybank iB Savings Account return rate, in accordance with the applicable return rate provisions.

Terms and Conditions of the Regular Savings Program

General Terms and Conditions

Prizes awarded are sourced from Bank funds and are not part of the Customers profit sharing.
Prize selection in this program is subject to the established terms and conditions. Maybank Indonesia cannot accommodate special requests from Customers for specific colors, years of manufacture, and/or sizes, and these will be subject to availability.
The prize will be available within a maximum of 45 working days after the Customer successfully completes all the terms and conditions of the program at the branch office where the Customer opened the account dan the Prizes for the regular saving scheme, they will be sent to the Customer’s address as registered in the Maybank system within a maximum of 45 working days since the Customer participated in the program.
If a Customers passes away before the prize is claimed at a Maybank branch office, the prize can be claimed by the relevant Heirs in accordance with Maybank's regulations regarding deceased Customers.
Maybank reserves the right to replace items of equivalent value if the prize is no longer available.
The prizes received are third-party products. Therefore, any complaints regarding these products should be submitted to the official distributor of the prize.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to conduct further reviews and examinations, as well as reject any Account Opening application submitted by the Customer, by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in its entirety; vary, delete, or add any of the terms and conditions; and to make such decision at its absolute discretion by providing notification in accordance with applicable regulations, which will be announced on www.maybank.co.id.
PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any Customer proven or suspected of fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulation in connection with the program's implementation.
