• Maybank can disqualify SMS registration if several things are found such as duplicate registration, credit card number and mobile phone number are not found, incorrect SMS format, late SMS registration.
• Transactions that are taken into account are a combination of Main Manchester United Credit Card and Additional Manchester United Credit Card transactions with a minimum of IDR50 million during the program period.
• Transactions that are taken into account are retail shopping transactions and installments at EDC machines or online, both domestically and abroad.
• The Winner of the main prize to additional prizes is determined based on the amount of the Cardholder's transaction participating in this program. The decision of The Winner selected by Maybank is final.

• The following are some of the prizes covered by The Winner if selected:
• 25 (twenty five) additional prize Winners will be selected by Maybank and will receive prizes in the form of 1 (one) Manchester United Jersey each, or Pennants signed by the Manchester United team, or a signature from one of the Manchester United Players.
• 250 (two hundred and fifty) additional prize Winners will be selected by Maybank and will receive prizes in the form of 2,500 Maybank TREATS Points each which will be credited to the Maybank Manchester United Credit Cardholders no later than 2 months after the program ends.
• The Winners may be disqualified if actions are found that are considered by Maybank as abuse, fraud and/or other suspicious transactions.
• The Top Spender grand prize may be canceled if The Winners travel visa is not approved.
• The Winners will be contacted by Maybank Indonesia or a Maybank representative during working hours or Winners can check the Maybank website regarding the announcement of Top Spender Winners and can contact Customer Care at 1500611 or +622178869811 (from overseas) to claim prizes.
• If The Winner cannot be contacted from the registered contact number 3 (three) times or refuses to accept the prize, then Maybank can disqualify The Winner from the MU Top Spender program.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or the like in one part or in full.
• The Winner of the Top Spender will be announced no later than 28 February 2026.
• The departure date to Manchester will be announced through communication determined by Maybank to the Winner.
• At the time of transaction calculation, the Maybank Credit Card must be active, not blocked, not over limit, and there is no late payment.
• The Winner must provide and confirm a guest who accompanies The Winner when contacted by Maybank.
• Maybank is not responsible for the quality, merchantability, or suitability for any purpose or other aspects of the products offered by Manchester United Football Club.
• Maybank will not be responsible for any loss, injury, damage or danger experienced in connection with this program
• All complaints related to the 2025 Maybank Manchester United Credit Card Top Spender Program can be submitted through Maybank Customer Care at 1500611 or +6221 78869811 (from abroad), or via email to customercare@maybank.co.id no later than 90 (ninety) calendar days after the Program Period ends. Maybank reserves the right to reject any complaints submitted after this period.
