Pay electricity bills with M2E, get transaction fee cashback up to 10x every month

Period 1 September 2025 – 28 February 2026

Terms & Conditions :

• Apply to all Customers who pay PLN postpaid, purchase PLN prepaid and PLN non-electricity bill using M2E.
• Customers can get transactions fee cashback up to 10x every month
• Trancation fee for electricity bills is IDR3,000 per transaction, hence Customers can get cashback up to IDR30,000 per month during program period.
• Transaction fee cashback for electricity bill payment program can not be combine with other M2E programs.
• Ensure your Maybank Current Account status is active, transaction fee cashback will be credited to your Maybank Current Account no later than the end of the following month.
• Transaction fee cashback will be provided in Indonesian Rupiah to the Customer's Maybank IDR Current Account. If the Customer does not have a Maybank IDR Current Account during the cashback crediting process, they will not be eligible for cashback.
• If the Customer has more than 1 (one) Maybank IDR Current Account, cashback will be credited to the Customer's Maybank IDR Current Account used during the transaction.
• The decision of Customers eligible for cashback has been determined by PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk absolutely and cannot be contested.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right to cancel, postpone, extend, or terminate this program in advance; vary, delete, or add any terms and conditions with absolute discretion and will be informed through www.maybank.co.id.
• PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk reserves the right, based on its own considerations, to disqualify Customers who are proven or suspected of committing fraud, violating applicable laws and regulations, and/or engaging in other deliberate manipulations in connection with the program implementation.
