Registration & Claim Procedure
How to register
- You may visit the nearest Maybank branch office for registration.
- Additional documents that must be included for the registration process are as follows:
- A copy of ID Card
- Photos of the property to be insured and the surrounding area
- Photos of the property’s interior
Claim procedure
- Contact Allianz Care via telephone at 1500136, or via email at cs@allianz.co.id
- Please ensure that claim notifications are made within a maximum period of 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the date of risk occurrence.
